| 摘 要： | 主要阐述了基于西门子S7-200PLC的水电机组转速信号装置，分析了其硬件构成及基本原理。该装置采用残压和齿盘双路机组频率（转速）信号，通过PLC内部的高速计数器直接测频，任何一路频率（转速）信号故障均不会影响装置的正确动作，该装置具有结构简单，可靠性高的特点。采用的转速信号装置在现场运行情况良好，工作十分可靠。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly explains the rotating speed signaling device of hydropower generating units based on SIMENS S7-200 PLC,and analyses its hardware composition and basic principle.The device adopts frequency signal of residual voltage and fluted disc twin channel units.Because of direct frequency measurement by the high-speed counter within PLC,any frequency(rotating speed)signal trouble will not influence correct movements of the device.It has the characteristic of pure structure and high reliability.The rotational speed signal device works well,and has reliable function. |
