钢液深脱硫精炼工艺的研究

摘    要:通过以高温钼丝炉上测定硫在钢液与BaO-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系之间的平衡分配,结果表明:在常用脱硫精炼渣系CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2中加入BaO能显著提高渣的硫容量。并进一步在感应炉上进行了钢液深脱硫精炼工艺的实验,得出:含BaO脱硫粉剂比传统的CaO-CaF2脱硫剂具有更强的脱硫能力。

Abstract:Based on the experiments which have been carried out in a resistance furnace with molybdenum wire heater to investigate the sulphur equilibrium distribution between liquid steel and refining slag system BaO CaO MgO Al 2O 3 SiO 2,it was found that the addition of BaO to the commonly used refining slag system CaO MgO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 can remarkably increase the sulphur capacity of this slag Furthermore, the experiments conducted with induction furnace to study desulphurization refining process show that the desulphurization agent containing BaO has stronger desulphurization ability than conventional CaO CaF 2 powder
