HEK4型发电机出口断路器操动机构的缺陷及改进

摘    要:广州蓄能水电厂的发电机出口断路器和电气制动断路器均为ABB公司生产的HEK4型断路器,其操动机构为压缩空气式。2002年起该类型操动机构出现无法达到工作压力的故障。经故障分析,并在制造厂家指导下解体检查发现该操动机构分合闸导向阀的固定密封垫存在设计上的缺陷。把密封垫上原塑料材质的固定片更换为铜材质的固定片后,现断路器运行正常。

Abstract:In view of the frequent faults of gas leakage in operating mechanism and the consequent operation locking of HEK4 generator circuit breakers(GCB) and electric circuit breakers(ECB) manufactured by ABB for Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Power Station,fault analyses,disassembly and checks were conducted under the verification of manufacturer supervisor.The design defect was found on the fixed sealing gasket in the guide valve of the operating mechanism.After the replacement of plastic gaskets with copper ones,this type of faults was removed.
