圆柱分度凸轮机构的设计及凸轮的数控加工

摘    要:空间分度凸轮机构主要应用于冲压机械、包装机械、制药机械及需要固定转位的自动化机械中。根据应用的场合、应用精度及分度数的不同,空间分度凸轮机构分为平行分度凸轮机构、反面分度凸轮机构和圆柱分度凸轮机构3大类。本文主要介绍圆柱分度凸轮机构的设计及凸轮的数控加工。

Abstract:Spatial indexing cam mechanisms are mainly used in automatic machines such as punch machines, packing machines and pharmaceutical machines, where indexing action is needed. Spatial indexing cam mechanisms are classified as parallel, barrel and roller gear indexing cam mechanism by there application condition, the precision and the indexing num. The design of barrel indexing cam mechanism and the CNC machining of the cam are presented in this paper.
