| 摘 要： | 将现代设计方法中的优化设计技术应用于ZK-150型钻机液压卡盘的研究。对液压卡盘关键零件碟形弹簧进行针对性的研究,编制了计算机辅助优化程序。通过优化设计,使设计质量得到很大提高,对于提高整机性能起到了保障作用。

| Abstract: | The optimum technique and CAD design are connected together to bring up the method of and optimization design of the hydraulic drilling rod clip.After canvassing the basic theories and methods of optimization design,analyze the designs of disk spring of the hydraulic drilling rod clip.Through the research on the clip and optimization design,the design quality of the drilling machine are improved greatly.It is proved that the clip capability is advanced and operation is reliable by examine and industrial test in coal mine. |
