彭水水电站弧形碾压混凝土重力坝施工期温度应力仿真分析

摘    要:用三维瞬态有限元方法模拟碾压混凝土实际成层浇筑过程,仿真分析了彭水水电站碾压混凝土重力坝不同施工温控方案的坝体施工期温度场和应力场.通过仿真分析计算,得到了施工期基础约束区及非约束区内部的最高温度和最大温度应力发生部位及其出现时间,并且比较了不同的施工温控方案对混凝土早期最高温度及温度应力的影响,最后根据温度仿真结果建议了合理的浇筑方案和温控措施.

Abstract:The emulational analysis on the temperature field and the stress field of the dam body during the construction of Pengshui Dam with different temperature control designs is made with the transient analysis of 3-D FEM for the simulation of the actual placement of RCC in layers.Through the emulational analysis and the calculation concerned, the occurring time and the locations of the maximum temperature and stress within both the foundation restraint area and non-foundation restraint area during the constriction period are obtained, meanwhile, the comparison is made among the effects from different temperature control designs on the maximum temperature and the thermal stress of the concrete for the early ages. Furthermore, a reasonable concrete placing design with the relevant temperature control measures is suggested as well.
