摘    要:介绍了SiC晶须增韧陶瓷基复合材料的烧结合成方法,将各动力学因素(晶须含量、混合工艺和烧结温度)对热压烧结法制备SiC晶须增韧陶瓷基复合材料的影响进行了详细阐述,叙述并讨论了SiC晶须增韧的不同机理,并展望了该领域的研究方向。

Abstract:Various sintering methods for synthesizing ceramic matrix composite by SiC whisker toughening are summarized. The effects of a set of reaction dynamics parameters including the content of SiC whisker, mix process and temperature of reaction on the synthesis of ceramic matrix composite by SiC whisker toughening using hot-pressing sintering method are also prescribed systematically. The various toughing mechanisms of SiC whisker are prior to be discussed and then the further related research is prospected.
