红磷/氢氧化镁高效阻燃体系研究

摘    要:将氢氧化镁和包覆红磷的阻燃剂填充到线性低密度聚乙烯中,进行氧指数和垂直燃烧性能测试分析,考察了红磷和氢氧化镁在线性低密度聚乙烯中的阻燃效果。结果表明,红磷与氢氧化镁并用具有良好的协同效应,是LLDPE的高效阻燃体系。

Abstract:The oxygen index and vertical ignition properties of magnesium hydroxide and coated red phosphorus filled with linear low density polyethylene were analyzed and tested.The flame retardant effect of red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide on linear low density polyethylene was investigated.The results showed that cooperated red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide had good synergism effect,and was a high effective flame retardant system for linear low density polyethylene.
