摘    要:浊点萃取技术是一种基于表面活性剂水溶液中相分离现象的环保新型液-液萃取技术,并实现了与HPLC、CE、FI等多种分析仪器的联用。介绍了其原理、操作流程、影响因素以及在食品检测预处理中的应用。

Abstract:Cloud point extraction(CPE) is a kind of new environmentally liquid-liquid extraction method based on phase separation in aqueous surfactant solution.It has been developed as a preprocess step prior to HPLC,CE and FI et al.In this paper,the principle,procedures,the main factors affecting the extraction rate of CPE and its application in pretreatment of food analysis were introduced and discussed.
