| Abstract: | Cloud point extraction(CPE) is a kind of new environmentally liquid-liquid extraction method based on phase separation in aqueous surfactant solution.It has been developed as a preprocess step prior to HPLC,CE and FI et al.In this paper,the principle,procedures,the main factors affecting the extraction rate of CPE and its application in pretreatment of food analysis were introduced and discussed. |
