摘    要:针对云南某褐铁矿磁选厂入选矿石的性质及生产中存在的问题,结合试验研究结果,采取入选矿石配矿和脱泥、增加扫选作业、加强磨矿分级控制、浓缩机扩容等措施对原流程进行优化改造,在精矿铁品位略有降低的情况下,使精矿铁回收率提高19.55个百分点,并使矿石处理量提高20%~25%,精矿产量增加28.72 t/d。

Abstract:In view of the crude ores' properties for a limonite dressing plant in Yunnan province,and some problems in production,and in combination with the experimental research results,the original process was optimized by adopting the blending and desliming of the feed,scavenging,control of grinding and classification, thickener expanding etc.Thus,iron recovery was improved by 19.55% with iron grade little lowered,and the production capacity and the concentrate yield are increased by 20%~25%,and 28.72 t/d respectively.
