摘    要:介绍了某机组主蒸汽管道水压试验隔离阀焊口开裂的情况,通过分析指出管道的一次应力过大是导致管道失效的主要原因。说明对高温高压管道进行改造时,必须重视管道应力分析的重要性。

Abstract:The crack in the weld joint between a isolation valve and a main stream pipe was introduced.The analysis results showed that the exceeding primary stress was the key factor of the accident.Finally the importance of stress analysis when reconstruct pipe with high temperature and high pressure was pointed out.
