硫磺回收装置余热锅炉过热器弯头开裂原因初步分析

摘    要:炼化企业硫磺回收装置在整个生产系统中起着重要作用,而余热锅炉过热器是装置的关键组成部分,由于工况苛刻且较为复杂,曾有过热器弯头开裂案例报导,通过对弯头开裂部位宏观检查、测厚、光谱分析、金相检验、硬度测定及炉灰垢样化学成分分析等方面综合检验检测,分析了开裂的产生原因及其对余热锅炉过热器安全运行的影响,并提出了相应的预防与控制措施。
