工艺参数对筒体纵向焊接残余应力影响的模拟研究

摘    要:针对某公司生产的首次应用到核电上的SA508—3钢,为了得到简体上各区域残余应力大小及分布规律,定量地分析工艺参数对残余应力的影响,有效地控制焊接质量,采用ANSYS有限元建立60mm厚简体三维模型,模拟纵向焊接过程残余应力的变化。结果表明:工艺参数变化只对焊缝内、外表面中心区域以及焊缝沿厚度方向上的纵向残余应力影响比较大,焊接速度和焊接电压对残余应力曲线上的锯齿型波动产生的影响比较明显;焊接速度对残余变形的变化幅度影响最大,焊接速度与另外两个参数对残余变形影响的趋势相反。
