| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚合反应器内冷管组与壳体的组装过程，采用滑车工装，使内冷管组顺利穿进壳体。采用此工装技术后，确保产品达到了图纸及用户的要求，取得了较好的技术经验及经济效益，并且为今后制造同类设备提供了技术基础。

| Abstract: | The assembly process of polymerization reactors inner cold nest of tubes and the shell were introduced.The pulley tooling was adopted in order to the inner cold nest of tubes can get into the shell successfully.It can achieve the better technical and economic benefits by this assemble technology and fulfil the requirement of owner and drawing and it has made similar equipment again later established. |
