摘    要:《工业建筑防腐蚀设计规范》规定了砼结构中受力钢筋的最小保护层厚度,认为对接触弱腐蚀性介质的钢筋砼结构,随着钢筋保护层的减小,结构耐久性能也随之降低.依此设计要求,提出一种基于砼碳化腐蚀的耐久性准则,定义了相应的耐久度系数概念,并据此建立了以“修旧如新”为维修准则的砼结构优化维修策略.

Abstract:The minimum cover thickness of steel bars for concrete structure is stipulated in the “Code for anticorrosion design of industrial constructions”,and it is thought that because of rein-forced concrete structure exposure to weak erosive medium,the structural durability will decrease with the reduction of reinforcement cover.Based on this design requirement,a durability rule based on comcrete carbonization corrosion is studied and suggested in this paper.Also,the corresponding durability coefficient concept is defined,and accordingly,an optimization maintenance strategy for concrete structure is established taking“maintenance as newly built”as the maintenance rule.
