| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了天外天三井钻遇的地层、井身结构、作业特点和难点 ,阐述了该井PDC钻头钻进、PDC钻头可钻式浮鞋浮箍、钻井液、固井技术等优快钻井技术的应用情况以及取得台月效率 5 5 10m/30d的好成绩 ,该井取得的钻进效率与 2 0 0 0年同构造的天外天二井钻井相比 ,机械钻速提高了 45 %,台月效率提高了 79.90 %。效率明显。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the drilled formations, well structure and operation difficulty, and described the PDC bit drilling technology, PDC bit drillable casing shoes and collars, drilling fluid and cementing technology. By the application of the optimized drilling technology, the ROP and monthly penetration footage improved about 45% and 79.9% in contrast with TWT 2 drilled in the same geological structure in 2000. |
