铝电解质初晶温度的拟合及须报

摘    要:本文是对冰晶石为基的二元系及多元系初晶温度的研究。收集并选取了最近20多年,特别是最近10年来发表的有关冰晶石体系的初晶温度测量值。进行了回归分析,得到初晶温度与电解质组成关系的回归方程。对所得的回归方程做了统计检验,并利用此回归方程对用电解中常见电解质组成的初晶温度做了预报。计算结果表明此回归方程。可以在一定的组成范围内较好地预报铝电解质的初晶温度。

Abstract:The literatures of the primary crystallization temperatures of the cryol-ite with additives are researched, and a total of 204 liquidus temperatures published in the last two decades are selected for regressive analyzing.A se-ries of regression equations are obtained which describe the relationship be-tween the liquidus temperatures and the compositions of the systems.F-tests of the hypotheses about the regression equations and regression coefficients are conducted.The fitted equations are used to predict thc liquidus tefnperatures of the alumiuiuni clectrolysisl which are often applied in the aluminium in-dustry.
