微成形中材料非均匀流动研究

摘    要:为了找出微成形过程中材料非均匀流动的特点,在常温下对具有不同晶粒尺寸的微型铜圆柱体进行了镦粗实验。结果表明,微小尺度下材料呈现出明显的非均匀流动,且这一非均匀流动随晶粒尺寸和变形量的增大而剧烈。为微成形工艺设计、模具设计提供了必要的信息与指导。

Abstract:In order to find characteristics of inhomogeneous material flow in microforming, micro copper cylinders with different grain size are upsetted at room temperature. The result shows that in micro scale, inhomogeneous flow of material is obviously emerged, which is more severe with the increase of grain size and stroke. Through this study, the necessary information and guides are provided for designing the process and die for microforming and the practical application of microforming technology is pushed.
