N-硝基-2,6-二硝基-4-三氟甲基苯胺类化合物的合成及其活性

摘    要:3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯与胺反应生成2,6-二硝基-4-三氟甲基苯胺,以乙酰硝酸酯作硝化剂,代替直接以发烟硝酸作硝化剂,浓硫酸作溶剂,合成N-硝基-2,6-二硝基-4-三氟甲基苯胺.产物结构经IR、1H NMR、质谱、元素分析表征.生测结果表明目标产物对水稻和油菜有一定的生长调节作用.

Abstract:3,5-Dinitro-4-chlorotrifluoromethane reacted with amines produced 2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylanilines. N-Nitro-2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylanilines were prepared by nitration of 2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylaniline in concentrated sulfuric acid with acetyl nitrate instead of directly using nitric acid as nitrating agent. Their structures were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analyses, The biological test results showed that the target compounds have some regulating effects on rice and rape,
