高产气井测试地面分离器选型

摘    要:利用相位多普勒粒子分析仪对包含叶栅分离元件和旋流器的新型组合分离器的分离性能进行测试研究,同时作为对比,在相同工况下对只含旋流器的分离器进行测试。结果表明,在各种工况下,现有只含旋流器的气液分离器的分离效率最高只有94.54%,而该新型组合气液分离器分离效率最高可达97.85%,该分离器分离性能达到设计要求。

Abstract:The phase Doppler particle analyzer test method was used to conduct an experimental study on separation performance for a combined separator containing cascade and cyclone, at the same time, in the same condition for testing the separator containing only cyclone. The results show that there was a high separation efficiency of the combined gas-liquid separator to various gas flow rates of the liquid mixture. New combined separator separation efficiency was up to 97.85% while the traditional separation of the highest separation efficiency was only 94.54%. Therefore, the separation performance of the separator can meet the design requirements.
