摘    要:本文简要介绍了可食性抗菌膜的种类和抑菌机理,综述了近年来国内外植物精油的提取技术、化学成分、抑菌机理、植物精油对可食性抗菌膜性能的影响及其在食品保鲜上的应用的研究进展,并分析了植物精油应用在可食性抗菌膜上可能存在的问题,对其未来发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:This article introduced the type and antimicrobial mechanism of edible antimicrobial films, and summarized the extract method, chemical composition, antimicrobial mechanism of essential oils as well as it's influence on the edible antimicrobial films property and its application on food preservation in recent years. This work also analyzed the possible problems as essential oils applied in the edible antimicrobial films, and its developing prospect.
