摘    要:文中在论述DDS(Direct Digital Synthesis)技术基本原理的基础上,详细介绍采用DDS芯片AD9851和89C51构成多路程控信号源的实现方法和关键程序段.这种基于DDS技术的数控信号源易于实现多路信号的同步,信号精度高、重复性好,在ATE及其它测试实验中具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Based on the operational principle of DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) , In this paper the realization methods and main programs of the multi - channel program controlled signal generator made by AD9851 and 89C51 are introduced. It's easier to achieve the synchronization , high - precision and repeatability of the multi - channel signal with this program controlled signal generator. And it will have a wide application in the ATE and some other testing experiment.
