摘    要:为了扩大无缝钢管的生产规格,同时达到降本增效的目的,设计开发了Mini-MPM限动芯棒连轧管机261mm孔型。该孔型所用芯棒均为原有废旧芯棒,生产钢管最小壁厚为6mm。生产实践证明,新孔型能实现在线连续生产,所轧钢管在壁厚精度、内外表面质量等方面均能满足合同要求。

Abstract:To further expand the product range of the seamless steel tube, and increase both the cost-effectiveness and the profit, the 261 mm groove of the Mini-MPM is designed and developed by a domestic seamless steel tube plant. Mandrels as used for rolling operation with the said groove are all recovered mandrels as properly-processed. The minimum pipe wall thickness as rolled with the groove is 6 mm. Relevant actual operation practice shows that with the newly-developed groove, it is possible to perform on-line continuous rolling operation to produce steel pipes with wall thickness accuracy and both inner and outer quality meeting the contractual requirements.
