偶联剂在纳米CaCO3增韧低乙烯含量PP-R的研究

摘    要:研究了在用纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)增韧低乙烯含量无规共聚聚丙烯(PP—R)时,偶联剂种类、用量、工艺、活化处理温度等条件对nano-CaCO3增韧PP—R的影响。结果表明,用钛酸酯偶联剂活化的nano-CaCO3粒子,经二步法熔融共混技术处理,能够在PP—R中达到纳米级分散,此时,偶联剂、nano-CaCO3和PP-R基础树脂之间是以一定的化学键方式键合的,而不是单纯物理方式的结合。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO3 was pre-treated with coupling agent and was introduced into low ethylene content random polypropylene copolymer via two-step melt blending. The effect of the type and dosage of the coupling agent, the treating technology were studied. The surface-treated nano-CaCO3 was found to be dispersed in PP-R matrix at a nano-level. Chemical bonding was observed between the nano-CaCO3 and matrix resin.
