摘    要:随着国内电网的快速发展,输电系统检修的重要性得到越来越多的重视。从整个输电系统角度出发,研究了输电系统短期检修策略的制定。首先利用设备状态监测技术选出待检修的设备,由于对输电网进行断线分析来获取输电元件对系统可靠性的灵敏度存在一定的困难,文中提出了以影响电量作为评价设备重要度的指标,可以有效提高计算效率,并以此形成设备的检修优化序列。然后借鉴发电机组检修策略,基于等风险思想建立了输电系统优化检修模型,其目标函数为检修期内系统切负荷风险削减量最大。该模型以检修周期内可靠性指标作为核心优化量,考虑了检修前后设备故障率的动态变化以及人力资源和检修费用等约束。最后,利用启发式算法对该模型进行了求解。通过实际算例验证了所提出模型和算法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the power grid,the importance of transmission system maintenance is receiving ever-increasing attention.This paper investigates the transmission system short-term maintenance strategies from the angle of the whole transmission system.Firstly,the components to be maintained are selected by equipment monitoring technology.As it is difficult to acquire component’s sensitivity to system reliability by disconnection analysis,this paper proposes the affected electrical quantity to evaluate the equipment importance level,which can improve computational efficiency.The optimal maintenance sequence is formed accordingly.Then the transmission system optimized maintenance model based on the equal-risk theory is given by referring to generator maintenance strategies.The model has taken the maximum reduction of load shedding risk as the objective function.Reliability index variation during the maintenance period has been taken as the key parameter,while dynamic variation of equipment failure rate after maintenance,labor resource and budget constraints are also taken into consideration.Finally,the heuristic algorithm is employed to solve the proposed model.Case studies testify the feasibility and validity of this model.
