Abstract:The regional power grid system single-line diagram is one in which the lines between substations and the substation internal primary single-line diagrams are shown together on one and the same plane.Take the 110 kV prefectural power grid as an example.A grid dividing method requiring rather uniform number of substations within a section and the least possible line connections between section blocks is proposed by taking advantage of the 220 kV substations as the hub of the radially formed 110 kV substation group to divide the prefectural grid into sub-grids.A design is made for the internal and external substation diagrams of the substation layout/routing inside a sub-grid,and the initial layout/routing problem is converted to a two-stage problem in sequence but without coupling.The first stage is layout and routing optimization based on the external substation diagram model,with the least intersection number and Manhattan distance of lines as the objective function.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed for assembling of the external substation rectangle,followed by a carefully designed algorithm for line routing.If the positions of outgoing lines of the substation from the same bus are adjustable,then the instation outgoing line adjustment of the internal model diagram can be performed.Otherwise the entire system diagram is just the result of the first stage with the box directly embedded in the single-line diagram of substation.
