摘    要:提出了一种新型串联谐振升降压式DC-DC变换器拓扑。采用全桥结构产生电压方波,经并联式双串联谐振LC网络后,在LC串联支路上产生交流电流,电平钳位网络输出稳定的直流电压,在开关损耗小的前提下,其调压范围变宽。采用频率控制,避免了由开关导通和关断时间不均匀引起的损耗和温升过大等问题。通过MATLAB仿真和实验验证,证明了所提出的拓扑的正确性。

Abstract:A new type of series resonant Buck-Boost DC-DC converter topology is developed.The full bridge structure is used to generate the voltage square wave.AC current in the LC series circuit is produced through the parallel double series resonant LC network.The stable DC voltage is output by the level clamping network and the voltage regulating range becomes wider by the premise of low switching loss.With the frequency control,problems of high loss and temperature caused by the non-uniform of switch on and off time are avoided.MATLAB simulation and experimental results validate the correctness of the proposed topology.
