氰化过程中金银浸出行为研究

摘    要:在进行含金矿石或金精矿氰化浸金的同时,银以同样的方式溶解,但银的浸出率却始终小于金,有时二者的浸出率相差很大.根据金银浸出的电化学分析.说明反应过程中,二者的氧化还原电位不同,导致金银浸出速度的差异.在相同时间内,金的浸出率大于银的浸出率.事实证明,对于岂银高的矿石或金精矿不适于采用简单氰化流程,而需采用联合或强化流程。指明了高银金矿石中银的回收途径。

Abstract:In the course of the cyanidation of gold ore of flotation concentrate,gold and silver are dissolved in the same way. But the leaching rate of silver is always lower than that of gold. According to the electrochemical analysis of gold and silver cyanide leaching,it is showed that the electrochemical potentia1s are different,which results in the difference of leaching rates of gold and silver. It is proved that it is unsuitable to use only cyanidation for high silver gold-ore of notation concentrate. Some methods for silver recovery from the gold ore of high silver are suggested.
