转炉火焰喷补料组成与附着性的关系

摘    要:模拟转炉内衬条件,用实验室小型火焰喷补机进行喷补试验,测试了不同喷补料组成时喷补层的附着性能.分析研究了喷补料组成与喷补工艺参数等的相互关系及其对喷补料附着率和喷补层与受补体间粘结强度的影响.为工业应用火焰喷补技术提供了依据.

Abstract:The fiame gunning experimert, under simulated converter lining, was done at laboratory The adhesive properties of gunning layer, with various gunning refractory composition, are measured .The relationship between the composition of gunning reftactory and gunning techmique parameters and the gunning adhesive rate and mstregthen affected by the composition are disscused.This paper set a basis for industrial application of flame gunning technology.
