高速锯切用超薄金刚石圆锯片的优化设计

摘    要:为了降低加工成本、提高石材利用率,在结构静力分析、模态分析和屈曲分析的基础上,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS优化设计出一种适用于高速锯切的超薄金刚石圆锯片结构:锯片厚度为2.4mm,锯齿结块数为60,锯齿长度为18mm,U型水槽与竖直方向夹角为0°、U型水槽深度为7.8mm,径向槽数目为3,径向槽与水平方向夹角为0°,径向槽长度为60mm,径向槽宽度为26.7mm。

Abstract:In order to reduce the machining cost of diamond saw blade and enhance the usage of stone,based on the structural static analysis,modal analysis and buckling analysis,a kind of structure of ultra-thin diamond saw blade adapting to high-speed circular sawing was optimized by using ANSYS,a kind of finite element analyzing software.The saw blade is thickness of 2.4 mm,diamond impregnated segment number 60,diamond impregnated segment length of 18mm,U-gullet and vertical direction as the angle between 0°,U-gullet a depth of 7.8 mm,the number of radial slots 3,radial slot and the angle between the horizontal direction for the 0°,radial slots length of 60 mm,and radial slots width of 26.7 mm.
