| 摘 要： | 针对目前在专家定位领域中，基于文档的专家技能评估方法的不准确性，提出一种基于关系网络的新型技能评估方 法，通过分析专家在社会中的各种关系来进行评估，它能够更准确的评估专家在某一特定领域所拥有的技能，从而使专家定位的 返回结果能更精确，更符合用户的要求，真正做到快速定位。

| Abstract: | Due to the fact that the document-based expertise evaluation method is imprecise in expert location domain,this paper proposes a new relational network-based expertise evaluation method(RNEEM),which could improve the precision greatly through analyzing experts'relationships,thus producing more precise results and much more satisfaction,and achieving the real efficient expert location finally. |
