摘    要:针对Domex700MC低合金高强钢,采用药芯焊丝CO2气体保护电弧焊获得焊接接头试件。对焊接接头的焊缝、熔合区和热影响区金属的显微组织进行了分析;并测试了其显微硬度;讨论了焊缝产生裂纹的主要原因。

Abstract:The Domex 700MC steel was welded by the CO2 arc welding process with flux-cored wire. The microstructure of the weld line ,the fusion area and the heat-affected zone metal of the weld joints were analyzed,the micro-hardness was measured,and the reason for forming crack was discussed.The results show that the CO2 arc welding process with the flux-cored wire is suitable for Domex 700MC steel,the microstructure of weld joints obtained is better, and the weld microhardness can satisfy the designed specifications.
