笼型粉碎机的优化设计

摘    要:本文在对笼型粉碎机结构和运动分析的基础上,建立了笼型粉碎机离散混合变量的优化设计模型,提出了离散混合变量优化问题的两步优化算法。该算法充分发挥了连续变量优化算法效率高和离散变量优化算法符合实际变量取值要求的优点,以连续变量优化的结果作为离散变量优化算法的初始点,大大提高了解决此类问题的效率。经对一实际产品的优化表明:在满足各种约束条件下,增大笼轮外径,间隙增大,生产率提高,并可最大限度地发挥原动机的潜力,优化后生产率提高了9.86 t/h,相对增加66.7%.

Abstract:After analysing the structure and movement of cage mill,a mixed discrete optimization model is established.In order to improve the computa- tional efficincy,a two-stage optimization approach is suggested,which employs the advantage of both continuous variable algorithm and mixed discrete variable one.In the first stage,a DFP method is employed to dotermine a numerically (and usually improcticable) optimum solution,but it close to the optimum practicable solution.In the second stage,by using the results of the first stage as a starting point,the efficency is greatly improved.The paper also presents a example that the productivity is incre- ased 9.86 (t/h) or 66.7 per cent.
