摘    要:无氢脱氧净化工艺的锦纶切片连续干燥装置采用非氢脱氧剂,氮气中无需配入氢气,省去了高精确度氢、氧自动跟踪和气体流量精密测量、调控仪器仪表,不仅简化了操作,而且可以立足国内技术加工制作.该装置能生产出合符高速纺质量要求的锦纶切片.本文对该装置的干燥工艺设备作一简介.

CONTINUOUS DRYING DEVICE FOR NYLON CHIPS USING NON-HYDROGEN DEOXYGENATOR PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:The new continuous drying device for nylon chips adopting non-hydrogen deoxygenator, no hydrogen is needed to add in nitrogen, therefore the high accuracy H2 and O2 automatic trace detection with precision measurements of gas flow as well as many regulating and controlling instruments can be wholely eliminated. The new device not only simplifies the operation but also produces nylon chips to meet the quality requirements of high speed spinning, besides, which can be manufactured in home based on domestic technique. A brief introduction is made about the drying technology and equipments.
