| 摘 要： | 通过对TRIP590钢进行不同Al含量锌液热镀锌对比试验,研究了锌液中不同Al含量及热镀锌工艺对TRIP钢镀层性能的影响。试验结果表明,镀锌液中加入5%Al,均热退火温度800℃,可明显提高TRIP钢的镀层质量,改善热镀TRIP钢的抗腐蚀性能。

| Abstract: | The effect of different content of .A1 in hot dip galvanized liquid and hot galvaniz- ing process on the coating performance of TRIP steel is studied based on carrying out the contrast test by using different content of A1 in hot dip galvanized liquid for hot galvanizing the TRIP590 steel. The experimental results show that the coating quality of the TRIP steel can be improved greatly and the corrosion resistance of the TRIP steel produced by hot galvanizing process is also improved providing that 5% A1 is added into the hot dip galvanized liquid and the soaking anneal- ing temperature is 800 ℃. |
