摘    要:在超高压电网中,断路器失灵保护作为一种近后备保护,对电网的安全稳定运行有着重要的意义。文章从失灵保护的设计规范入手,结合失灵保护在实际运行中的几个问题展开讨论,详细分析了500kV楚城变电站主变中压侧断路器失灵保护存在的问题,并对此提出了改进措施。通过实验验证了措施的正确性,有效地保障了超高压变电站的安全稳定运行,对其他断路器失灵保护类似问题的解决,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In the extra high voltage power network, the circuit breaker failure protection as a short-range backup protection has an important significance to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In this paper, from the design specifications of failure protection, combined with failure protection to discuss some problems in actual operation, the problems existing in the main transformer medium voltage circuit breaker failure protection of 500kV Chucheng substation are analyzed in detail, and the improvement measures are put forward. The experimental results verify the correctness of the countermeasure, to effec- tively guarantee the safe and stable operation of EHV substation, having a certain reference value to solve similar problems of circuit breaker failure protection.
