帘线钢盘条全氧含量控制技术

摘    要:从转炉冶炼、LF精炼以及连铸工艺角度,对帘线钢盘条全氧含量控制技术进行了研究,形成了以转炉高碳出钢、夹杂物塑性化处理、钢液弱吹氩、增加连浇换包过程钢液重量和连铸保护浇注等为特点的控制技术,使鞍钢帘线钢盘条全氧含量控制在0.001 5%~0.002 0%。

Abstract:The technology for controlling the content of total oxygen in wire rod for cord steel is studied with regard to smelting by converter, refining by LF and continuous casting process and then the integrated control technology with such characteristics as tapping with high carbon from the converter, carrying out plasticization of inclusions in steel, treating molten steel by performing weak argon blowing, raising the weight of molten steel in tundish during tundish-changing in con- tinous casting and protective casting is developed. As a result, the content of total oxygen in wire rod for cord steel produced by Angang is controlled in the range from 0.001 5% to 0.002 0%.
