摘    要:提出了一种快速测定尘泥中钾、钠、铅、锌的方法。试样先经灼烧去除碳,再用盐酸—氢氟酸在聚四氟乙烯烧杯中加热溶解,利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱仪连续测定钾、钠、铅、锌四种元素。对仪器的最佳分析条件、试样处理方法、共存元素的干扰及消除方法进行了实验,在仪器的最佳条件及燃烧头旋转一定角度情况下,钾、钠、铅、锌4种元素质量浓度在各自的测定范围内均呈良好的线性关系。本方法相对标准偏差(RSD)可控制在0.31%~3.19%,回收率在97.00%~104.00%。

Abstract:The method for rapidly determining the content of potassium, sodium, lead and zinc in metallurgical sludge is proposed. First the carbon is removed from the samples by calcining,then the samples are dissolved in beaker made from polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) by using hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid and finally the content of these four elements such as potassium, sodium, lead and zinc in the solution were continuously determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In addition the experiments on optimal conditions for analysis by instrument, the method for processing samples and the interference due to coexist elements and the ways for eliminating the interference are also carried out. Experimental results show that the mass concentrations of these elements above mentioned have a good linear correlation among them providing that their concentrations are within their own measurement ranges at the optimal conditions of the measuring instruments while the burner is rotated at a certain angle. So the relative standard deviation(RSD)by this method can be controlled between 0.31% and 3.19% and the recovery rate between97.00% and 104.00%.
