摘    要:介绍了鞍钢05Al导电钢轨的研制,重点提出了成分控制和结晶器浸入式水口絮流的解决措施。结果表明,生产的导电钢轨表面质量良好,15℃时电阻率小于0.125(μΩ·m),满足了企业标准和用户的要求。

Abstract:The development of 05Al conductor steel rail in Angang is introduced. Particularly the measures for controlling the steel composition and the way for solving the problem of the flocculating flow at submerged nozzle of the mould are proposed. The results show that the surface quality of the newly developed conductor steel rail is good, whose electrical resistivity is less than0.125(μΩ·m) at 15 ℃, which can meet the requirements asked by company standard and users.
