| Abstract: | The design methods of the mould for continuous casting are discussed and ana- lyzed. Particularly the study results on different kinds of taper designs of the strand mould are in- troduced and then the problems in application of the mould taper are pointed out while the design and development of the mould taper in the future are also analyzed. |
