某异型系杆拱桥吊杆张拉控制分析

摘    要:刚性拱柔性系杆组成的系杆拱桥可通过张拉吊杆调整主梁成桥线形,本文以某异型拱桥主梁在恒载作用下的竖向位移为零为控制目标,利用影响矩阵法计算各吊杆同时张拉时的张拉力,计算结果符合该异型系杆拱桥的结构体系规律。考虑到实际施工中各吊杆必须分批次张拉,先期和后期张拉的吊杆会相互影响,导致不同张拉顺序各吊杆的张拉力也不同,本文利用倒装法按照四种不同的张拉方案计算各吊杆实际施工过程中需要的张拉力,以使吊杆全部张拉完成后满足设计成桥状态。最后,通过比较分析得出该异型系杆拱桥最为合理的张拉方案。

Abstract:The finished bridge line is adjusted by boom tension in tied arch bridge composed of rigid arch and flexible tie bar. In this paper, the vertical displacement of the beam of an irregular-shape arch bridge is taken as control target. Then, the tensile force of all the booms are tensioned at once is calculated using the influence matrix method. The results accord with the rules of the structure system of this irregular-shape arch bridge. However, the booms must be tensioned in batches in actual construction. Because of the previous and the later tensioned booms influence each other, the tensile force is different in different tensioning sequence. The inversion method is used to calculate the tensile force in actual construction process for four different tensioning schemes in this paper for meeting the design finished bridge status when all the booms be tensioned. Finally, the most reasonable tensioning scheme of this irregular-shape arch bridge is comfired by comparative analysis.
