基于APC220的工业控制设计与实现

摘    要:在现代化工厂中很多设备需要智能控制,受环境的限制,需要对各类设备做好各种保护的同时也有很多信号需要传送到主控室。而当厂区面积非常大时,所需电缆的长度往往很大,这同时也增大了漏电和信号干扰的可能性,因此找出一种可以有效降低信号传送的方法显得尤为重要,而APC220作为一种良好的无线传输模块可以在千米以内的距离较好的解决这个问题。

Abstract:In modern factories many devices need intelligent control. Due to the limitations of environments, the devices should be protected and a lot of signals are to be transmitted to the main control room. When the factory area is very big, the length of the cable is often required to be very long, which increases the possibility of power leakage and signal interference. Therefore, it is of vital importance to work out a method which can effectively reduce the signal interference in transmission. As a wireless transmission module, the APC220 can solve this problem within 1km distance.
