摘    要:采用宏微观断口分析等方法对轴承滚子冷镦冲头淬火开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,冲头心部存在的粗大液析碳化物和淬火过程中产生的较大拉应力是导致冲头淬火开裂的原因

Abstract:An analysis on macrostructure and microstructure of fracture of cold forging punch pin of GCr15 bearing roller has been made. Reselt showed that the core area of the punch pin existed coarse liquidation carbide and that caused large tensile stress during quenching process which led to crack.
