| 摘 要： | 该文针对企业的传统业务流程，设计了基于Force．com平台的软件即服务（Software—as—a—Service，SaaS）解决方案，定制开发相关SaaS应用该方案依托Force．com平台可以实现应用的快速配置。Forcc．com平台提供了较好的平台配置和应用定制功能．企业用户可以专注于业务，为类似的系统需求提供了一种解决思路。
