摘    要:研究了在酸性介质中 ,草酸对铬酸钾氧化甲基红褪色反应具有显著的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度法测定蔗汁中草酸的新方法。线性范围为 0~ 0 .90 mg/ L ,检出的下限为 5 .42× 10 - 2 mg/ L。用于正常糖汁的测定 ,结果满意

Abstract:In acidic medium , the catalytic action of oxalic acid on the oxidation of methyl red by potassium chromate was studied A novel catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace oxalic acid was established The linear range of oxalic acid determination is 0~0 90mg/L This limit of detection is 0~0 90mg/L This method has been used for the determination of trace oxalic acid in cane juices with satisfactory results
