Based on the （（Fuzhou Urban DLG and Pipeline Database Management System）） of design and construc- tion example,This paper expounded How to realize the city large scale topographic map and pipe data management,How to provide nternalsurveying and mapping production services,How to provide data applications and distribution,How to realize the ~ystem and other information system（ e. g. Project Management Systme） of the interaction between information and interoperability. Meanwhile,this paper summarized the key technology in the process of system development ,the posi- tioning of this system in the information technology system of surveying and mapping,the application and development prospect of this system.
