| 摘 要： | 本文从目前尚示列入历史保护范畴的工业厂区在作为新居住区开发时面临的场所转译问题切入，结合多个具体案例，探讨非历史保护（区域）的保护与非保护的辩证关系，提出关于各类场地既有元素利用的五种正在不断发展之中的设计手法，以期为同仁提供有益参考。
