循环流化床锅炉安装技术探讨

摘    要:近年来, 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在国内热电行业得到广泛推广和使用。在实际应用中, 其安装技术对锅炉的使用效能有着较大的影响。结合75 t/h 循环流化床锅炉现场安装经验, 讨论了影响流化床、旋风分离器等重要部位的安装要求, 较详细地提出了循环流化床锅炉耐磨材料施工涉及的若干问题, 对该类型锅炉在安装和试运过程中需注意的问题加以阐述, 为同类型锅炉的安装提供一定帮助。

Abstract:CFB boilers are widely used by domestic thermoelectric industry in recent years.However,the installation technology significantly affects boiler performances.Based on experiences from a 75 t/h CFB boiler in-situ installation,this paper discusses installation requirements affecting vital components,such as fluidized bed and cyclone separator,and several issues associated with CFB boiler wear-resistant material constructions.Issues that should be considered during installation and test operation of this type of boilers are explained assisting installation of similar boilers.
