| 摘 要： | 生产全木浆印刷书写纸张时,在高速造纸机压榨部的靴型压榨装置压区里为了提高对湿纸幅进行水分脱除作业的效率有必要装设一种将压缩毯与沟纹压榨(垫)组合成新系统。该文论述该组合系统在其运行过程里对靴型压榨装置的影响,如设计沟纹压榨(垫)带带体结构形式,使之能与压榨毯匹配。在文中还论述了该组合系统的毯体/带体的空隙容积当它在压区里时与其中水分流动之间的关系。使用了该系统后还出现了新的要求和新的参数。以及诸如对脱除水分的流量和水分脱除的速率的测定,使成纸纸幅表面的两面性平滑度和松厚度有较大的提高。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to set new system for a press felt in combination with a grooved belt to improve the dewatering in the nip of a shoe press,as a high speed machine during its publication grade making process. The article expounds the impact of the combinative systems on high speed shoe press,and how the structure of grooved belt is designed as to make itself be a match for the press felt.It expounds also the relation between voids volerme/Vent and water flow in the system as these two the nip of the shoe press.There are new requirements and news parameters Created and some important measurements on water removal and dewatering speed,some improvements on two sides smoothness and bulkness of on finish sheet. |
