摘    要:针对马钢小H型钢万能轧机生产中发生的断辊事故,利用现场检测与有限元模拟计算相结合的方法,对断辊发生原因进行研究。并提出相应的改进措施。通过在生产线上的应用,断辊率下降了69%,效果显著。

Abstract:Analyses the reasons of broken roller in small-size H-beam universal mill by testing and FEM. The corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Through the application of the production line, the rate of broken roller declined by 69%, and the effect is significant.
